What We Did

This project was a digital portfolio for a pastel artist looking to showcase his work online in a way that was both elegant and functional. He needed a site that could handle a growing gallery, promote upcoming exhibitions, and reflect his personal style—all while being easy to manage.

We built the site using the Avada theme and incorporated Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to allow for custom artwork details within each portfolio item. The main portfolio page features a filterable gallery with infinite scroll, so visitors can browse seamlessly without pagination interruptions. Each piece includes fields for medium, size, and other details, giving art collectors and fans a rich experience.

On the branding side, we enhanced his logo by designing and integrating a custom bird illustration to better reflect his artistic identity. We also added an events calendar to showcase upcoming shows and exhibitions, making it easier for fans and buyers to see his work in person.

The final result is a clean, modern artist website that balances aesthetics, performance, and functionality—all tailored to the needs of a working creative professional.
