What We Did

E3VB is a competitive volleyball club based in New Mexico that needed a high-functioning website to support their players, coaches, and growing community. The club offers multiple teams, training sessions, and events throughout the year, so the website had to serve as both an information hub and a powerful internal tool.

We developed a fully custom WordPress site using ACF Pro to create dedicated profile templates for coaches, players, and teams. These custom layouts allow for easy management of roster changes, stats, bios, and photos while keeping the site cohesive and user-friendly. For their facility page, we designed an interactive map that allows visitors to click on different courts and locations to explore the space virtually.

To keep their calendar always up-to-date, we implemented The Events Calendar and set it to sync automatically with their Google Calendar—so events, practices, and matches are reflected on the site in real time. We also connected the site to their LeagueApps platform, allowing users to seamlessly navigate to their system for memberships, payments, and class registrations.

From frontend engagement to backend ease of use, the E3VB site is a comprehensive, scalable solution that gives the club full control over content and communication—while giving visitors a modern, professional digital experience.
