Already a client and need help? Head over to our support site to submit a ticket. We’ll respond as soon as possible—usually within 1 business day (sooner in emergencies).
How it Works:
- Follow the link below and set up an account using the Register link if you don’t have one yet. Otherwise, just log in.
- Click the, “Add Ticket” button in the top right corner.
- Select the appropriate category and complete the rest of the form. (Attach any files or images needed here as well)
- We will respond within 24 business hours to let you know if we have questions or that your request has been completed.

How do I request updates or changes to my website?
You can submit a support ticket any time by visiting dsdsupport.com. Be sure to include the page URL, a description of what you’d like updated, and any relevant files or screenshots.
Is emergency support available?
Yes. If your website is down or facing a critical issue, submit a ticket immediately and mark it as urgent. We’ll respond as quickly as possible—often within hours.
What’s included in my monthly maintenance plan?
Maintenance plans include weekly updates and backups, 24/7 uptime monitoring, basic security setup, and 2 hours per month for content edits or general site changes.
What happens if I go over my monthly support hours?
No problem—additional time is billed at your discounted hourly rate. We’ll always let you know before going over your included time so there are no surprises.
Can I send support requests via email or text?
To keep things organized and ensure fast turnaround, all support requests must go through dsdsupport.com. You’ll get updates via email as we work on your request.
Do you offer support outside of business hours?
We monitor incoming tickets during evenings and weekends for emergencies, but general support is handled Monday through Friday during business hours.
Is SEO included with the website build?
Sort of! We include foundational, on-page SEO during the design and development process—things like optimized page structure, proper heading tags, fast-loading code, and meta descriptions. While we don’t offer ongoing SEO packages, we’ll make sure your site is built with best practices in place from day one.
Can I update content myself?
Yes! If your site was built with content editing in mind (and most are), we’ll show you how to make basic changes. If you’d rather not mess with it, we’re always here to help.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my maintenance plan?
Our maintenance plan is designed to cover the needs of most small to mid-sized business websites and starts at $349/month. Larger or e-commerce sites may have custom pricing based on complexity. If your site’s needs change, just reach out—we’ll evaluate and adjust accordingly.
What if I’m not on a maintenance plan—can I still request support?
Yes, we offer hourly support blocks for non-maintenance clients. You’ll get access to our support system and discounted rates based on your block size.
